Richard Shutz has been writing since 1982, first as a freelance writer, then as a writer for The New York Times Book Review, The Wall Street Journal, and other publications.
Richard is the author of The Lad, a collection of short stories and poems, and his novel The Lad is currently being developed by the author and illustrated by the Pulitzer Prize-winning graphic novelist Mark L. Bemis.
The Lad was originally published in 2007.
