Aiesech – the world’s biggest bitcoin startup – is about to launch its first business partnership with a Chinese company
By Aiesen Albrecht, Staff ReporterThe Aieseon Group, an investment bank that focuses on the technology sector, on Tuesday announced that it has signed an agreement with TOYP Holdings Co. to develop a new business in the country.
In a press release, Aiesee said that the partnership will bring together Aieser Holdings, the startup’s investor and its parent company, as well as TOYP, a Chinese bitcoin exchange.
The two entities will work together to develop and launch a new bitcoin startup in China.
The partnership will focus on the financial services and digital asset space and will be led by the Aieseys CEO, and its chief investment officer, Mr. Zhang.
The news was also announced by the head of China’s bitcoin community, Mr Wang Yonghong, in an interview with Chinese newspaper China Daily.
Mr. Wang also said that TOYP will be the company to handle its business in China, which was the company’s focus when it first started trading bitcoin in 2015.”TOYP will provide the infrastructure, the logistics, the financial and operational support to support the project, and to facilitate the sale of the technology.
This is a very good partnership,” he said.
The announcement comes after Chinese authorities announced last week that bitcoin is illegal in the state of Guangdong, citing its value as illegal gambling.
However, bitcoin is still legal in the rest of China, and the Chinese government is currently investigating the issue.
The country is now the second-largest market for bitcoin after the United States, with its own bitcoin exchanges operating.
